among so much darkness, forever batting away at it!
Following the fireflies, blind into the accidental corner....
"well I thought I was on the right track." after ALL,
after ALL...
I refuse to choose burden, yet why still does it present?
It is an interesting case to note,
& I shall squeeze room for this wonderment into my daily agenda.

This image is a part of spiritual anatomy. It is the connection between the physical brain and the Higher Self. It is this connection that must heal and develop if we are to grow spiritually. To begin the convergence of our soul and our spirit in this physical reality all we need to do on a daily basis is reaffirm to ourselves that we are the light and we are the light that is all things. We can do this quite simply in the following way:

I thank the light that I am and the light that is all things.

I am looking within to the light that I am for the answers, and my conscious awareness of this communication with my true self is increasing every day.

I ask the light that I am and the light that is all things to help me and protect me at all times.

I ask the light that I am and the light that is all things to guide me and show me from time to time what I need to know to help to bring my consciousness back towards balance.

I ask the light that I am and the light that is all things to help me in this physical reality to release my imbalances and help me to face my fears and dissolve them and purify them in the light that I am.

I ask the light that I am and the light that is all things to guide me and show me what I need to do to help improve the collective consciousness of humans and bring the Earth’s consciousness, the disease we have created, back into balance.

I ask the light that I am and the light that is all things to help me to keep my physical and spiritual body clean and balanced at all times.

I ask the light that I am and the light that is all things to help me to become more aware of the illusion and therefore more aware of the truth and light that I am.

I ask the light that I am and the light that is all things to help me keep grounded and balanced between all the aspects that I am in this physical body.

In addition we can use a very simple visualisation. Imagine the light or the sun in the centre of our heart and then imagine this light growing and expanding outwards until it surrounds the whole of our body.

I AM BUFFALO

People who carry strong Buffalo medicine often find themselves called upon to shoulder some very heavy burdens by others. For some, this can be a joy, though even so, many end up feeling drained and exhausted if they find they are trying to do for everyone and leaving little time and energy left over for themselves. All of us need a shoulder to cry on or support now and again yet for Buffalo people too often there are simply too many folks who want the Buffalo energy to shoulder all their problems while they do little to help themselves. The tragedy is not only does the Buffalo person feel drained, but also those that rely on them never learn how to empower themselves through dealing directly with their own issues. Both parties lose in the long run.
It is important that Buffalo people in general learn early on how to teach others to be empowered and to rely on their own abilities and strengths. Buffalo people are outstanding at showing others how to clear doubts and fears out of the way so others can get on with things. Just as during the winter months a Buffalo will use it’s massive head and shoulders to move snow out of the way so it can feed on the plants below, so too do we need to learn how to move those things in our lives that are blocking what we are seeking. Buffalo medicine and people can teach us how to do this, though we must be prepared to shoulder the inner work ourselves if we are to gain maximum benefit.One of the ways that Buffalo people can teach others is by their own lives as examples. They simply get on with needs to be done, day in and day out, they perservere and always they stand their ground. They refuse to give in if they honestly feel that what they are pursuing has merit and possibility.

I am the carrier of Raven Medicine:

In the modern-day world, raven medicine gives you the ability to get inside another's head and heart, and to understand them from the inside out, so to speak. You can "become" that other person because of the depth of your understanding of them, and it is not necessary to be in their physical presence for that to happen. Spiritual healers and counsellors who are skilled in their abilities are using raven power for they have a depth of understanding and empathy not shared by all. A GREEN Dragon Lies Beneath!

Your Inner Dragon is the embodiment of Nature and the Earth. Greens spend almost all of their time below the canopy or just above the treetops in tropical rain forests. Not a bad life considering every other creature in the forest looks up to you, figuratively and literally. You speak the language of every animal and plant in your domain and know most of them by first name. If people mess with your forests, you're more than happy to wail on their puny butts. Because of your protector/caretaker role, you are the Earth Elemental dragon.

Naturally your whole life pretty much revolves around the other couple million species you keep an eye on, but that's not your whole dragon. You also like to like to impose your steadfast will on others, commune with Nature, and lobby governments for alternative fuels and conservation. Your favorable attributes are Midnight, Winter, gemstones, mountains, caves, soil, respect, endurance, responsibility, prosperity, and purpose in life. Folks shouldn't get the idea you're a hippy pushover though, because your breath weapon is a nasty Fire/Acid combination. Maybe you should invest in a hemp shirt reading "Don't knock my smock, or I'll clean your clock." *wink*
